- Non-returnable items: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as items marked as final sale. Please check the product details before purchase.
How to Return an Item

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will be refunded through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Quipynapo.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@quipynapo.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
